@Shannon Ive replied back to you on my thread about the girl and again thank you for helping me out.

I had 1 question that came to mind today about OF. Does it work on destroying limiting beliefs/thoughts/feelings etc? I wondered if limiting decisions as they're sometimes called are all based on fear too.

OF does not destroy anything.  It does eliminate certain things.  Big difference.  But what it eliminates and what it does with the rest, I am not at liberty to discuss.  Those are hard won secrets.
