I am not 100% sure but I think I have an PIED, because it works when I watch a porn, but rarely with real women without help. I realized a few weeks before corona, that I have a problem.
I am healthy, do sports and eat organic foods. I have no overgweight or other diseases. My hormone levels also ok. I am doing spezial training for the pelvic floor and some things for the generell blod flow. Until now nothing seems to help. Also I have no fears about sex and had never fears or something like performance anxiety or something like that.
So that also speaks for a PIED. I stopped porns 3 month ago, and my libido got back afer 1.5-2 month. The ED got a bit better. Then I had more sex with girls and also more fantasies about sex and it got worse again. Probably because I have this fantasies when I am horny and my brain can't differentiate between the fantasies and the real porn. Now I start again with no porn and also no fap and I try to not think about sex fantasies. Also I will only have sex when I have the desire. To stay committed I will write a nofap journal at a other forum. I am also planning to support this with a good subliminal.
I have read that some guys here had a similiar problem and they did OED or also some did DMSI (an older version). I think OED should be better. @Shannon What would you recommend me?

Most ED and especially PIED is not caused by physical damage, it's caused by psychological issues and faulty beliefs that result in subconscious fear.
That means you have a number of potential options, depending on your specific situation. I haven't had time to rebuild OED with the latest tech.
The options you have include:
OED: Now-old tech, was somewhat hit or miss. Took a long time (weeks or months) when it did work. It is good for some, but was based on a lot less understanding of ED than I have now, and much weaker scripting and build methods. This is currently the only option that is specifically and directly focused on solving ED specifically.
OF 5.75G: If the primary reason for the majority of ED is fear of judgement, ridicule, being laughed at, being attacked, etc. then OF would be a good option to consider.
E4: May help with both the emotional damage from painful experiences that result in shame, guilt and or fear that causes ED.
LTU v6: A much more in-depth all encompassing approach that gives you a wholistic approach, but it is doing many things at once and is not as focused.
If your issue is physical damage (which your responses strongly indicate is NOT the case) then you would want MHS.
If I were you, I would either try OED first and give it 6+ months and then decide whether you need to try something else, or, if I believed my issue was based primarily in fear, I would consider OF. If you have issues with guilt, shame and fear contributing to the issue, E4 or LTUv6 will potentially be better options.
