Can you clarify something about energy and attracting similar energy (manifestation)

For example if person A is always angry, then it means he generates aura of anger, which therefore attracts to him experiences and events that lead to anger. Is this understanding is correct?

Always being angry focuses you into a negative state which results in projecting negative energy, and that energy will include anger, but an "aura of anger" may not be the appropriate way to describe it.  However, the more you focus on anger, the more you experience and encourage anger, and the more you will resonate at the frequency of anger, which will tend to result in attracting anger, and more circumstances to respond to with anger.

If it is, then in the case of DMSI when we use the program, it should take us to events and experiences that lead to sex. Correct?

It should, if you execute it enough to achieve those results.

What I am trying to say, is the user responsibile for placing himself physically in events that lead to achieve DMSI goals. Or simply by having a sexual aura around us, the events and experiences should come to us?

The goal of DMSI is to adjust your natural energy field such that you become extremely sexully attractive to others, and especially those you want to have sex with.  It also seeks to manifest both the right people and circumstances for that to happen.  The goal is, the user runs it and has to do nothing but execute subconsciously to achieve the goals of the program.  You don't need to try consciously.

I ask this because if the goal of DMSI is to attract whoever we are attracted to sexually. Then we first need to be in that event, then we can proceed with attracting the said target. Now, does DMSI takes care of that element?

If you execute, yes.
