Perhaps I shouldn't even be exposing her, since she isn't able to be consistent.  Her work schedule doesn't allow her to listen according to the model recommendations.

Ya, inconsistent listening with some products can do more harm than good... I am curious, how is your listening schedule then? (If you don’t mind sharing)

I listen while I sleep.  I usually start the playlist about an hour before bed, fall asleep to it, and when I wake, it's over.
