However, a few days ago i have started with terrible upper back and neck pain, almost on par with worst in my life, havent had this for 5+ years.. Funny thing is, ive been going to the chiropractor religiously for the last 8 weeks to improve my posture. So this extreme pain seems out of now where, especially since i made great progress with my Chiropractor fyi she uses network spinal analysis which is amazing therapy not the traditional break your neck crap.. highly recommend you try it..
Anyway, im thinking it COULD have to do with OF - what do you think?
I was thinking i should listen to OF every night and get rid of this deep fear whatever the hell it is - what do you think? Maybe this "random" backpain is from fear and OF? Currently im taking 2 days off after 6 days fyi..
I just remembered something, I stopped dreaming years ago - because i HATE dreams, in fact they are scary for me and since im 18 i stopped dreaming which is great, hate dreams. Since OF I have been dreaming again, i guess it is removing my fear of dreaming? Anyway, one day last week (a day or 2 after the back pain started) i was sleeping and was in serious f****** pain. I went to sleep and had a dream (i think it was a dream) / out of body experience where something or someone removed the pain from my back.. I felt the energy and saw the energy being taken out like in a dragon ball z movie - i throughly enjoyed it, i dont know if i literally lifted off the bed or if this was in my dream, i then woke up and momentarily the back pain was relieved. What do you think about this? What does all this mean in conjunction with the back pain?!
Thanks for the advice Shannon. ciao.
Your back pain could be many different things, including a subconscious effort to create a reason for you to stop using OF. I don't know what is causing it. However, if it is not your subconscious response to OF, then stopping OF won't help. And if it is your subconscious response to OF, then consider this:
How well must OF be achieving its goals for your subconscious to respond by causing you that much pain? It would have to be working pretty darned well, and have you close to a serious breakthrough in overcoming some major fear to motivate such a serious effort to get you to stop using OF, wouldn't you say?
If you think it is caused by your subconscious response to OF, then upping the ante, so to speak, is a good idea, at least until you overcome the resistance. So if you do think the pain is resulting from your subconscious responding to OF by trying to incentivize you to quit, using it every night until you hit exhaustion would be a good choice in my opinion. More exposure in response to efforts to get you to stop will send a clear message that things are going to be done the way your conscious mind wants them done, regardless of what your subconscious tries to do to stop you.
EDIT: forgot to respond about the dream.
Dreaming happens to everyone, every night. It's necessary to stay alive. You have decided not to remember dreams because they frightened you. OF is probably relieving the fear and allowing you to remember the dreams.
What do I think about the dream? Not sure. But it suggests that whatever causes it is "energy based", and that you have the power to remove it. If that is true, then it is almost certainly a response by some part of your subconscious mind trying to get you to stop using OF.
Then again, I could be wrong; like I said, not sure.
