Yesterday, the crypto of the day was GNO which did gain over 40% in the last 24h!
Today, good candidates might be EOS, DOT and ADA... Just saying...
I know the feeling you describe but it is unnecessary. Those moves are totally unpredictable so you cannot feel bad about something that you couldn't know. This is greed that is behind this emotion. Greed is a strong emotion that can blind judgement. You could have stayed in your position to increase your profit and the price could have drop by 50% in matter of minutes.
The good framing is to be happy about the nice ride you had. Not worry about where the train goes after you get out and be confident that you are going to have other nice rides in the near futures.
