With regards to the physical healing feature of the E4 in LTU6- does it act in a sense like MHS and/or does it promote physical healing in a different way- or is the healing that occurs  rooted differently than that of mhs (meaning does it only cause physical healing when the “damage” is caused by certain things and it is not universal in its healing)?

MHS is a significantly more advanced, focused, and broad spectrum approach to healing physically.  Both will attempt to heal any physical damage present, basically anything that needs healing, but the approach that MHS takes is vastly more advanced, powerful and comprehensive.
