I don't think subscription is a fitting pricing strategy for a subliminal product.
- Paying a monthly subscription even up to $100/month is unfair to the amount of value users are going to receive from IML subs and if we multiply the number of users to 100,000 it means IML will lose an even greater amount of value. Furthermore, $100/month is too much. It will greatly reduce users' willingness to buy.
- I think a one-time payment (the current pricing strategy) is already a great fit. I think the business decision is to stop free upgrades and building products that aren't producing significant revenue and produce titles that are a great-fit with users such as Sex, Money, Self-improvement, Study/Education, Mental/Physical Health, and Social aspects (attracting new friends, dominance hierarchy, etc).
- Finally, if possible, reduce operational expenditures.
- The most extreme measure IML can take is to halt technological progression for several months to produce new subs that will be good in terms of revenue.
