Shannon, how do i know if OF 5.75 is loud enough on US format?

I am listening through powered speakers and i am sleeping 2 to 3 meters away.

I calibrated with the hybrid and it is quite loud, like a loud TV.
Im using an old android spare phone - its on about 90% high.

Should i measure from my sleeping position with frequncsee?

Shannon’s current official answer to that question, as posted by him a day or two ago is:

Calibrate volume using an audible track, make it comfortable, and make sure that you can both hear the lowest levels of the ocean surf and the highest levels are not too loud.  That should be the right volume for all the tracks, and if you find that is too loud with the ultrasonic track, lower it some.
