hey shannon i wanna ask quick question. how its piracy module working? I wanna pre order LTU and then listen to it with my brother. i heard that exposision to subliminal its ok . but can i send it to him for he to listen alone when i will be not home? or me and my friend we wanted to fold both for your more expensive sub. for example AM6 250 him 250 me. anyway the same question can we send that to each other later or we have to buy our own copy each. thanks

The Anti-Piracy module works like this.  Whoever buys it, owns it.  That means you cannot pay halfsies, because only the person making the order owns it.  Whoever owns it has the right to use it as they please; anyone else can only be exposed while the owner is using it.  

If you give a copy to someone else, then one of two things will happen.  Case #1 is, you're giving the program away to them, and not keeping any copies for yourself; i.e., transferring ownership to them.  If you transfer ownership and keep no copies, then they own it and you no longer do.  Now they can use it as they please, and you must either buy a copy for yourself, or be exposed to it while they are using it.

Case #2 is you give them a copy while retaining ownership.  This triggers the Anti-Piracy module, because they do not own it.  In this case, you will have to make the situation right to dis-engage it.  That means you either buy a second copy, or transfer ownership to them entirely.  And someone is going to say, "Oh, I can get around that simply by passing ownership back and forth!" No you can't.  That's also going to trigger the AP code, not dis-engage it.  Fair is fair for both you and me.  

So you should not buy it halfsies, because one of you will own it, and the other will have to be exposed while the owner is using it.  If that works, be my guest until you can afford for the other person to buy their own copy.  But it's not recommended.  And you cannot give a copy to someone else to use while whomever owns it is not using it, because only the owner has the right to use it that way, and that will trigger the AP module.

I suggest you simply buy it one stage at a time if you cannot get the whole set at once right now, or save up for the whole set for each of you.  Buying it one stage at a time, you're going to pay more per stage and you will be paying for all seven stages.  But you'll be able to afford a copy for each of you to own, and then you can buy each stage as you need it, without triggering the AP module.
