I did masturbation. They call this by relapse. In fact I did no masturbation I only did some touching and ejaculated. But good things occured after that. That's why I said probably this needed to occur.
Unless you're addicted to masturbation or orgasm, you didn't "relapse". And I seriously doubt you're addicted to masturbating. In most cases, people turn to drugs and obsessive behaviors as an escape mechanism. Only a chemical drug is going to create physical addiction; the rest is just a coping mechanism often used to avoid, escape, etc. Not really an addiction, but a learned behavior that is cyclical.
Consider this: If your subconscious triggered you to masturbate and then responded well to what you want, and you start thinking that "I needed to masturbate", will that bring you back to where you started with erections? It sounds more like a sneaky attempt to convince you to do what likely helps make the problem in the first place, to me.
