I might have a few other things to report but at the moment don't really feel like opening up a journal at the moment. So unless I might get over that if need be I might just make a bigger post later. The first major thing you might want to know is that I might know the answer to whether Guilt and shame manifest from Fear or are they just their own complete separate entities as you were talking to someone else about. The fear in me has been significantly cut down or just exterminated in certain areas I believe. I have noticed in the few times you could say something negative has gone through my mind it had to do with guilt and shame.. not fear. I would say that curtailing fear definitely affects the potency perhaps of the other 2 in my life but it seems certain instances these two things are there own thing.
The second thing is I noticed one way the fear was still trying to reintroduce itself or "regenerate". By getting me to question the results even when they are obviously in my face . The whole "But did it really work?" strategy to get you to question if the sub really did what it was supposed to do. Probably to create a "fear" that the fear will come back at a later date. Hence helping it to regenerate. Luckily I have noticed this tactic for what it is but it hasn't stopped it from trying this method to regenerate.
I think that's about it for now. There might have been other smaller things I noticed but like I said I don't really feel interested in journaling at the moment. I don't even read other's journals anymore, I just log in to read your journal, this journal and update the my financial journal in the chatter box if I find some new information that is pertinent. Anyway, hope this info was helpful in someway.
Interesting insights. Always appreciated.
