For example last night was my last day on and I played the ultrasonic for what was at least 10 or 11 loops and at the higher volume that you suggested earlier (13/16 on iPhone) and this led to me having dreams that brought me back to high school which I found to be very interesting

I suggested 13/15 on Android, which is 14/16 on iPhone.

I really hope this doesn't backfire for you in terms of exhaustion, because I am in awe of how exhausted I have been the last three days.

I will let you know if I feel exhausted at all
