Are they arranged in ascending or descending order?
It's brainwave entrainment designed to put you in the right states of mind for maximum focus and concentration (editor's track) or maximum creative access (writer's tracks).
There is no order. The tracks are best used highest frequency to lowest frequency for the writer's tracks until you understand which one works best for you.
There's a misunderstanding. I mean the file in the pack labeled: "Writers_Creativity_8.09-9.42-10_Hz_White_Noise_Faded"
Isn't it all three strung together in some fashion? How should I use this file and how does it relate to the rest, because I understand the others pretty well already.
P.S so far still experimenting with them, but the one for editing seems to help with my anxiety sometimes.
The track with all three is not strung together. They are all present simultaneously, layered into one another.
Oh... forgive me if this is already explained somewhere but I haven't found any instructions on the official page explaining it. What is the multi-layered track for? It's easy for me to get behind the 8-10hz ones and the 22-44hz one but don't know what the multi one is for.
Basically, it allows you to entrain all three of the Writer's Creativity frequencies at once. In case that turns out to be better for you than just one of them. For some people it will be significantly better.
