No. It's designed as a response, not a preventative. The closest thing I have built to a "preventative" is Maximum Healing Speed 5.75G. Its design should, theoretically, help prevent cancer developing in the first place. But I really have no data to back that theory up with, so it's just a theory.
I would think that MIR V3 5.75G could also be preventative, if it is able to find and remove latent viruses. For instance, HPV has been known to cause certain cancers in men and women, alike.
There is that also. But since next to nothing is being reported about how well it works, I have no idea how well it works on latent virii.
