These programs require a significant amount more time to build with the latest methods than they did before.  However, I think you'll appreciate the difference.  That said, I'm not sure I can build 6 stages in 6 days anymore...

Is it not possible for example to build the first stage first of either DMSI or UMS or LTU, and then you will have a month to build stage 2 as people have to run the stage for 1 month anyway?

Building the first stage requires that all stages are ready to build, because I have to first finish making the Master Key script, and then build all the Stage Key Scripts from it for it to be possible to build any of them.  The idea of doing one stage and then moving to the next works in theory, but may not work in practice.  If I build the first stage of the first one I do and conclude that it's possible, I'll do that.  If not, we'll build all six before moving on.  Remember that it takes me 2-6 weeks to adjust a script in most cases, just for an upgrade.  That could easily blow up in my face if Stage 1 of Program A is released, but it takes me more than a month to get Stage 1 of Program B out, and then more time to build Stage 2 of Program A again.
