My sister has restless leg and or fibromyalgia. what sub would you suggest for that?
I don't know what the cause of restless leg syndrome is. Fibromyalgia should be helped by MHS, if anything I have created would help. GPR will also help, but it will only help the pain. So I would suggest MHS for those issues, and possibly the addition of GPR.
Thank you for the fast reply. How do you stack MHS and GPR together?
I had plans to build them together, but I have to make some adjustments to GPR first. If you're going to try to use them together, I suggest using GPR if and as necessary to get to sleep, and spend the rest of the night on MHS, according to the instructions. Then use GPR as necessary during the day, but try to figure out the lowest number of loops you can use to get the maximum effect.
