Does that mean that there is no restriction using BWE along with a subliminal program?

Could someone go as far as using both simultaneously?

Using both simultaneously will conflict.  The BWE is triggering the frequency following response and inducing a specific frequency, while the subliminal is using state optimization to produce the best possible state for achieving your goals.  BWE will override usually.  Don't use them simultaneously.  

If you use both, I suggest spacing them out in time as much as possible.
