Hi @Shannon , just a quick question...
I am currently finishing two 4G subliminals(one is type  B/C/Hybrid, the other is type B), according to you, how long I should wait before I can start UMS?

@Shannon should I wait a few days before starting UMS or I can start it right away after completing the two subliminals I am listening right now? (just few day left)

How long did you listen to them?

Usually around a week is a good break. You don't 'have' to, but it's good to have a bit of space to let it process before starting something different.

It will soon be 32 days for the B type, the B/C/Hybrid will re run some other time.
