I found a really interesting video regarding fear, hope it can be useful. Its inherently a investigation into the fear that underlies in every human. Probably not as useful as it is entertaining but there are some good points that could be useful. Enjoy!

I saw 10 minutes, we are conditioned yes, but after the stimulus has gone, we can have just fear by anticipating and imagining that something is gonna happen, we don't need more the stimulus to feel fear, so if we could stay in the present we would no have fear until that thing that we fear happens...living in the present could help with the fears. I think that this could be really possible to achieve with the subliminals, could be a beginning...
He talks about that later.
Egolessness is all well and good...until you need your ego. Its an excellent tool that helps you strategize.
Im thinking that if the fear is anticipating what we don't want, could help as well the opposite, anticipating what we want. Its what the subliminals try to do, but they try it fixing or setting an idea, could be better to do it more dynamically, like giving an specific instruction to anticipate in your mind things that you want in each moment, or imagining the opposite image that you are having anticipating the fear, but doing it in the moment dynamically each time because what we imagine, what we anticipate that we fear it can be different each time even if it's in a similar situation. The perfect thing would be being one step in front of the fear but that is to difficult, but if staying one step behind can help us anyway in achieving our goals and beating the fear each time is useful as well.
I think that the fear sometime guide us in what we need to face for growing, and what I said above could help us as well in confronting them.
