I stopped using MIR v3 a wile back because I needed to use LTU instead.
I think it's turbulence from running the experimental I am testing so close to LTU.
Interesting. I'm close to finishing a 3-month LTU run (my third run I believe). All of the other runs have been longer, but this one has been more beneficial. However, I've felt much more exhausted and hungry this time even though my health choices are as close to 100 % as they have ever been.
Sounds like you should seriously consider doing another 3 months.
I'm definitely planning on doing that unless my new job requires a few weeks of ARA just to settle in.
But can I ask you why you suggest an additional 3 month based on my earlier post?
Because LTU takes a while to gain momentum, and once it gets going, it's a good idea to keep going if you have that momentum.
