Does it just lead to you falling asleep quickly or does it also lead to deep and high quality sleep?
I think that the sleep induction is good. I use it every night to fall asleep before the rest of my playlist and it helps.
I've tried to put it on replay on my "off-nights" from LTU5 a few times. When I do that, I usually feel pretty sluggish when I wake up. Maybe that's just me, but I only use it to fall asleep.
The 45 min power nap sub is really good as well.
