Okay. The instructions say to use it 5 loops per day, 4 days on and 7 days off to start. How long did you do that?
I did that for about 2 cycles- went only 2 days off the 2nd cycle and that’s when I just started playing it how I am now
I noticed normal hunger coming back during the times of the day I wasn’t playing it and honestly even the first day of asrb2 time I noticed higher levels of hunger, by the 3rd-4th day I was an eating machine (this whole lockdown and staying at home thing definitely isn’t helping out much either)
