Hi Shannon, hope you're doing well.

I've lost my girlfriend of 3 years and it's hit me really hard. My number one goal for the next 6 months is to become self sufficient and non-needy, as I've realised over 3 years I became dependent on her for my happiness, and now without her it feels like I'm left with just broken pieces and not sure which way to go.

I've got both AM6 and LTU5. As far as I understand, AM6 is the ultimate for non-neediness, but then LTU5 is obviously more advanced tech. Considering my goal, which would you suggest please? Thank you.

I suggest you do 6 months of LTU and then 6 months of AM6 stages.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions and support. I will follow Shannon's advice, unless it seems AM7 is near in which case I might wait for that instead of starting AM6 when AM7 is imminent.
