Just wanted to report on the PayPal issue. I just tried to place and order for a program. It tells me it went through and you got paid on PayPal's site. But when I get redirected to your site to download it, it tells me the order is "pending", and then gets cancelled. Happened twice in a row now.

So the order gets cancelled before you can download, but the payment goes through, do I understand that correctly?

Seems like maybe a problem between the site and PayPal. Also, possibly related, but I got a prompt when I went to the site beforehand from my browser. It mentioned a problem with a certificate I believe. I used Firefox.
New report: transaction went through at last. Email confirmation just now. Went through for the second transaction attempted. I'm not sure if I'll be double billed still though, I'll keep an eye on it. Should post in my bank app in a couple days if so.
Otherwise, just wanted to let you know that transactions are processing now from this end
