Hello Shannon and Benjamin. Been a long time...I hope you're both doing well.

Just wanted to report on the PayPal issue. I just tried to place and order for a program. It tells me it went through and you got paid on PayPal's site. But when I get redirected to your site to download it, it tells me the order is "pending", and then gets cancelled. Happened twice in a row now.

Just wanted to report the issue is continuing. All the best to both of you.

So the order gets cancelled before you can download, but the payment goes through, do I understand that correctly?
