I was diagnosed with ADHD about 8 years ago. I haven't been on my meds for a number of years now. I read it can effect your results with subliminal. Lately, I've been feeling I should be taken my pills. What are your thoughts, should I stick it out or use my pills? I want the subliminals to work as best they can.
