Shannon,

Is it possible that reversal resistance is a consequence of od'ing on ums? Or is that being dealt with?  I have a streak of bad luck and high stress going on, its the first time that I experience firsthand, instead of reading on the forums here.

It is always possible to "push too hard".

I have found that with UMS, if I don't push hard enough, I get resistance and stagnation.  If I push too hard, I get exhaustion and anger.  If I push at the right rate, I get action.  The response curve is a bell curve.  You want to push at the peak, where you get the best results.
