MLS 5.5G will give your subconscious a set of instructions that, if executed, will result in you learning much faster and more easily, and comprehending material faster and more easily. But you have to execute, and as to whether or not you do, I cannot say. Some people do, and some people do not.
Shannon if I do MLS 5.5G is it okay to do LTU5 on my off day?
Unfortunately anything 5g or above can only be done by itself, with some rare exceptions.
All that would likely happen is not much either way as they are quite demanding. Especially LTU with so much in it, and your brain wouldn't be able to process it properly.
