What does that mean that TAS is the best choice if you are trying to defeat the effects of DMSI?

Does that mean that TAS+DMSI mix is bad choice?
but I don't understand how transforming negative energy into positive one would defeat DMSI goal...

It means that TAS can protect you against being influenced by someone using DMSI better than the reflection shields in some cases.  What DMSI does is not necessarily covered by what the shields are trying to prevent.  TAS is designed to offer an option for protecting against influence by someone using DMSI.  There has to be a way to protect against its influence if you are not wanting to be affected.

In other words, this program allows for two things.  First, it makes it easier for me to achieve the goals of DMSI because we also offer a way to defeat it if desired; and second, it allows for people who don't want to be affected by someone using DMSI to prevent themselves from being affected.  

You should DEFINITELY not use TAS with any other shield subliminal.  What it does when used with a version of DMSI that does not have a shield built in, I don't yet know.  It might weaken the effects of DMSI by using too much energy, or it might strengthen them, by providing more energy.
