If someone has ran AM6 2 years back, and is running a 5.5+ sub, yet feels the inclination to refresh AM6 programming, can one take a break for x amount of days, and then run stage 7, or should one run stage 1-6 again, or would running stage 7 after the bloombreak be enough?

You don't need to run Stage 1-6 again unless you feel like you're not far enough along with what 1-6 are trying to do.  Once you have run them and they have done their job of stepping you up to stage 7, you can just use stage 7.  If you run stage 7 and you find you can't handle it, then you need to run 1-6 again.
