Hi @Shannon

Do you incorporate any aspects of sex transmutation and the cultivation of sexual energy towards powering up the subs and achieving the set goals (especially in the subs with the larger goals in play like UMS and DMSI)?

I ask because lately I’ve been drawn back into taking up a semen retention practice and I feel as if it may be due to using UMS- also last year while using USLM3 I saw the most results while I had been retaining for close to two months- results in me making more money than usual and getting a lot of female attention which also results in several relationships.

Where a method or technique works and makes sense to use, I use it.  Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't work, or make sense to use.
