@Shannon is the listening schedule for MHS really 9 or 10.5 hours a day?

Yes it is.  This program is working with physical flesh, and that is very dense and slow to work with.  To achieve the full potential of what this program can do requires a lot of exposure.  Also keep in mind that it has a 30:15 ASRB, so 30 minutes of each loop is silence, where your mind rests and you are executing instead of input/decode/process.

You are used to programs that are designed to affect your mind and not deep detox and repair work with every cell in your physical body.
