I don't know yet. It seems to be making my scar tissue less scar-tissue-like, but I don't know what it will do for scar tissue. It's designed to do that; whether or not I have found a way to trigger the body to actually do it remains to be seen. Acne is an infection, though, and for that you might want to try MIR.
