Can I use Anxiety Relief Aid occasionally like on weekends or when I want to relax, while I am using UMS?  I mean during the break days of UMS.

It will invalidate the refund option, but you can.  I would use it sparingly if you do.

I am not concerned about the refund option but if it takes focus away from UMS then I will skip.
