What will be the difference between using tranquilizer as an "instant on" along with the recommended loops on ARA at night vs. using the the recommended loops on ARA at night and using ARA as an "instant on" instead of the tranquilizer?
The primary difference between tranquilizer and ARA is what they are designed to aim at. ARA aims at anxiety. Tranquilizer aims at anger and frustration; "being upset". You probably don't need to use them together.
I created Tranquilizer because my emotional state being outside of neutral to good really degrades my ability to work effectively. Getting upset, frustrated, angry. That's not anxiety or fear. It's a different situation entirely.
Tranquilizer isn't about anxiety, although it may have a mild anti-anxiety effect accidentally.
