How many loops should he run each day?

I might not be able to give it to him to his phone, it seems iphone 5 aernt easy to get files onto the phone from pc, i tried earlier connected by usb and all his phone did was constantly beep and wouldnt pick up the computer.

For someone who has never used a subliminal before, they will probably to best to start with one loop one day and take 7 days off to observe the bloom and fade.  They can then know how to adjust the usage patterns from there.  For example, I was overwhelmed by one loop for a couple days, but EvolvingPhoenix quickly discovered that he needed to basically carpet bomb his subconscious.

If the bloom is pronounced and it fades out at say day 5, then you would know that 1 loop is okay, and to let it bloom for 4 days.  If there is no noticeable bloom, then you need to start increasing loops and decreasing bloom days.
