How many loops should he run each day?

I might not be able to give it to him to his phone, it seems iphone 5 aernt easy to get files onto the phone from pc, i tried earlier connected by usb and all his phone did was constantly beep and wouldnt pick up the computer.

Maybe with google drive, dropbox or similar?

If you do that, you will need to remove the files from whatever you used to transfer them.  The key here is that ownership must be definitively transferred, or it triggers the AP code.  To do that, you must remove all of your copies, and (at least in the beginning), all copies that exist must exist solely on a device owned primarily by the transferee.  You must also verbally tell them that you are transferring full ownership to them.

At that point, they unambiguously own that copy, and no AP code activates.  Then they can make backups on DopBox or whatever.
