Hi Shannon, i have several of your programs, ive kept them for myself since i bought them, but if i want to give one to my dad to use, since im staying on dmsi and wont be using ums anytime in near future.

How do i go about transferring it to my dad without the copyright being triggered?

Trouble is we live in same house, but as im the deaf one and hes got perfect hearing im always using the bone conductor headphones in my room, so it shouldnt be an issue if he has it playing on his phone at night.

The other issue is my mum would be in the same room as him, but her hearing is actually a lot worse than mine so its unlikely it would affect her if ive had this much trouble over last 2 years with the subliminals i dont think it will affect her.

He doesnt believe in subliminals but thought since its just sitting here he might find it useful.

First, I'd like to point out that while you can give away your copy legally, it isn't helping me make money when you do things like that.  Second, if you want to give it away, don't expect it to be something you just take back later when it's convenient.  If you give it away, you gave it away.  And third, if he "doesn't believe in subliminals", why would he even use it?

That said... if you want to give it to him, you must transfer a copy to a device that he owns and tell him that you are giving it to him.  Then, immediately delete all copies in your possession, including backups, so that he has the only copy and it is on a device that is definitively his property.

Hi Shannon, as i bought it originally for him to try in first place it was meant to be for him, but since everything is done on the one computer i decided to try it while waiting on dmsi.

I wont worry about providing it to him, but i thought it would of benefitted you in a bigger way if he did try it and get results as it would change his mind in seeing subliminals actually work, something im yet to experience after 2 years and $2000 worth of new speakers, headsets and other items believing my tech was insufficient for your subliminals.

If you get one person that doesnt believe in certain things and demonstrate it works then they would be more inclined to not only purchase further products, i actually have 2 others we were both planning to buy a copy of each so theres $460 usd for you instead of $0 on top of buying your newer releases too. It also would of had him telling others about the products that many others he knows would benefit from this products but without seeing results hes not going to mention it to people to try which is fair its same as everything else, we enjoy a nice restaurant, we enjoy a certain item we will tell everyone about it that we think it can help.

Isnt that why you have asc as a free product, but since i had already purchased a more powerful product i wanted to see if it worked for him, also we would of found out if my hearing is actually a big issue regarding the subliminals working.

2 products we both would of purchased is the awakener, and the sleep aid. copies for each of us. If ums worked for him even slightly then he would be more interested in the new uslm when released too.

Im not saying any of this in a bad way just explaining the way i was thinking, yes your missing out on $120 at the start even though i already paid it and only used it very briefly like the other products i have purchased of yours that now sit on the computer. But seeing is believing and once a person sees results their mind will change to be more interested in using the products and easily convinced to spend the amount your asking for especially as your prices increase with newer tech.

For now i will keep it for myself.

Also 5 days in 2nd round of 8 bone conductor headset every night of dmsi, nothing to report.
