Quote:Shannon Would you say since you ran LTU5. Do you love yourself and your life and comfortable in your on skin? Because, I am usually miserable and never happy. Been struggling to know my life purpose. I have been in relationships and happy in beginning and then eventually no longer happy. Do you think this program will help?
I loved myself and my life and was comfortable in my own skin before I created and used LTU5. I created it for my girlfriend, who struggles with a lot of bad treatment from her parents and a lot of unhelpful beliefs that have resulted therefrom.
I loved the program. So did she. I saw it make a significant positive difference in my life, and a big positive difference in her life too.
Did it solve all of her problems and issues? No. We didn't run it for long enough, given it's level of power and her level of challenge and stubbornness. But it did make a very positive difference in both of our lives.
Will it help you? If you run it properly, I would say it's about 98% likely that it will help you. Will it make you happy, make you love yourself, make you comfortable in your own skin? That will depend on how you use it, how long you use it, how consistently you use it and how much you fight the program and what it is trying to achieve. A program like this takes a long time to achieve all of its goals, and that is not made less true by having a significant level of unhappiness and dissatisfaction to begin with. Are you ready to commit 6+ months to running this one program? If so, then it may significantly help you achieve your goals. But if you're not willing to commit to using it for long enough, or using it properly, then it won't matter how good it is at what it does.
Quote:Should I run it 5 loops per day or 4 days on 2 days off for results?
You should follow the instructions. That's what they're there for.
