I could have stopped developing the tech at 4G and everyone would have been happy, except that I wouldn't have been able to fund my future plans. I think you're talking about doing an advanced subliminal that functions through fear of achieving the program goal?
As to your question, I have that very thing planned. It won't be right away, but I am going to build a subliminal for that purpose in the not too distant future.

It will depend on the person. Some will exhibit total exhaustion, some will have program execution results and so on. Carpet bombing is only for use when nothing else works, but it's effects are going to be different from person to person.
