Does the new massage sub have the same physical effects as an actual massage (removes knots in muscles, helps recovery after exercise) or is it only designed to generate the relaxation resulting from a massage?

I didnt understand Knots, maybe is the same as contracture haha

"Knots" refers to a muscle that has tensed up separately from the muscles around it and forms a hard ball, much like a knot in a rope.  The same thing you are talking about, apparently.

I think its the same yes. Do you think adding this to the script it could make less efective the feeling or the sensation of the massage?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.  But the script is finished and the program is being built.  It should cause tense muscles to relax, in exactly the same way as when you get a full body massage.
