Thanks for laser focus Shannon, running loops now. Few questions:
-Should concentration skills continue to develop as we run the program so that eventually there’s no tiredness slumps? Will it be possible to hold a high level of concentration during all waking hours eventually, or should we make sure to listen when we need it most in the moment?
-Will it help boxing training to see things in slow motion, quieten the mind, calm nerves and make you feel more in connection with your body? Which of these effects, if any, would be most pronounced?
-Is it best to listen to it during training, or straight after loops finish so its in bloom?
-Is there any FRM? If so to what extent?
