Sounds like resistance headaches to me too.
Do we keep the loops the same or increase/decrease?
You are going to follow your feelings of what you should do, if you participate in this experiment. And differentiate between genuine intuition and consciously generated desires, fear generate desires, etc.
I'm due to start my third round of the 3:7 ratio of USLM 4.
Is this advice solely for RT or can anyone on version 4 start? Thanks @Shannon
I'm interested in knowing how it plays out if you follow your gut on how to run it. Anyone can do this, provided they have at least two cycles of 3 loops at 3:7 done, BUT, for it to be valid for me to use as worthwhile data, I need you guys to limit yourselves to adjusting only one variable.
So maybe you do 3 loops for 3 days on and then you vary the number of days off.
Maybe you do more or fewer loops per day, for 3 days on and 7 days off.
Maybe you do 3 loops for more or fewer days on and 7 days off.
Only adjust ONE variable if you decide to experiment. And don't experiment if you want to remain eligible for a refund.
