Thanks Shannon for suggestion. I just want to make the habit of going to the gym everyday. I am not worried about overtraining because I know how to balance rest and workout days. But ofcourse I will take days of when I feel too tired. I might have put it the wrong way in the previous post. Once again thanks for suggestion, really appreciate it.
