Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 11-21-2018 Well, after 2 failed AM6 runs one ending after 2 months and the other after 3 months because of strong resistance, here I am ready for one final try. What is different this time? Well, I ve decided to go for something I ve never done before and seems like a completely impossible task. In next six months my goal is to: -drink no alcohol: had a bit of bad experiences last months and taking into consideration things like drunk texting and other stupid thing you can do at the moment it is time to change it. - workout every single day: been off and on all the time with fitness, but feel like I ve been in the worst shape of my life the last few months. I have almost no fat on my body but I still think there lies a huge potential for me to make a giant step forward. - no social media: times we live in make it almost impossible to avodi social media. But to keep my focus I decided to cut it off totally for at least these six months. -eat healthy: this will be the easiest thing for me as I am not really eating much junk at all and can easily cut out the sugars and other stuff that makes you fat out of the diet. - no fap : the hardest challenge of them all. But realizing my lack of motivation for action when being with girls I am pretty sure it comes from me masturbating almost every day and most of the time with the help of porn. Tried no fap once for 37 days and the feeling and energy levels were incredible. Also girls were much more attracted to me. Also I Will do penis enlargement exercises for 20 minutes every day. Not because my penis is small, but for the overall penis health and stronger erections. - listen to AM6 everyday and finish all 6 stages. : When listening to it last year in stage 3 three girls appeared one after another and wanted to have sex with me. I actually felt like Casanova having sex with one girl just to go home and receive and call from the other and then fuck her too. It was the first time thing were so easy for me and I am sure it was stage 3 kicking in. Also all three girls wanted a relationship but I was just not for it at all. Unfortunately I had to much resistance and was very tired after using program, always sleepy and decided to cut it off. But the motivation is definitely there to finish it off this time. - other minor challenges : no phone use at least one hour before sleep and one hour after waking up, read for at least one hour per day, listen to positive audio for 30 minutes every day. I am also writing down daily goals and monthly goals and 6 month goals for my business. I work from home and business has reached its peak last month so that gave me motivation to focus even more, so I can make even more money and take care of my family and friends in a long run. I am well aware that most people will find that challenge absurd and crazy. To some people it might mean to give up everything there is nice to enjoy (good food, good porn, social media world). For me its important to see how much personal growth I can accomplish. 6 months from now. My goal is to be a better person, better friend, better brother, better son and somewhere in the future better father and husband. It is also a great test of the Will power and being able to resist temptations that Will come along the way. Let me know what you think and tell me if anyone ever considered this kind of challenge. RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 11-21-2018 Its been my third day on the challenge and so far it is actually pretty easy. My energy levels have already risen a lot because of working out and eating healthier. Other than that I think social media thing is helping me a lot and also not using my phone for at least one hour before sleep and after sleep is amazing for my brain. I actually am more refreshed when I wake up and I am considering not using my phone 2 hours before sleep and 2 after waking up. Those are the hours I am the most productive. Other than that not much was going on, workouts were pretty damn good and after a long time I really felt it the next day which is good. Old friend wrote to me today to grab a coffee and I ve met my ex girlfriend also. Probably the classic stage 1 experiences as it did happend on both previous runs. (old friends calling and ex girlfriends all over the place.). Will give an update soon. SO FAR SO GOOD RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - DavisMind91 - 11-21-2018 Since you've gotten results like that with just partial runs then I don't see a logical reason to quit a third time. Best of luck. RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - Shannon - 11-21-2018 One suggestion. Working out every single day is likely to overtrain you. I suggest you research how the experts recommend you should work out vs rest. I was doing the every day thing for a while, and I started damaging myself. Eventually I have settled on 3 days training, 1 day rest. Your training goals and style may differ, so find out what the best train/rest ratio is for you. Best of luck. Yeah. I was really mad later that I gave up but it was just a combination of stuff and I decided to give up. But I think now I am way more prepared for it and will definitely know how to handle it better. I just want to make the habit of going to the gym everyday. I am not worried about overtraining because I know how to balance rest and workout days. But ofcourse I will take days of when I feel too tired. I might have put it the wrong way in the previous post. Once again thanks for suggestion, really appreciate it. RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 11-22-2018 So... a little day 4 update...at night my speaker turned off so I only got 4 quality hours of silent subliminal during sleep.. a good lesson going forward, so I dont forget to plug it into electricity However woke up a lot more refreshed than other days.. Workout was as close as it gets to perfection. Felt better than in a long time and was very motivated. Also new workout routine is very good and benefits me a lot. Overall feeling is a the all time high in only 4 days and my body loves the new habits so far (healthy food, no alcohol for already over a month now…). I am starting to question a lot of perspectives from other people, I am starting to wonder why do people drink alcohol at all, is it to hide fears or to overcome them? To be more relaxed or is it just a habit? Actually cant really see myself drink at all or be tempted to in the next 6 months. I easily rejected the friend offering the beer yesterday which wasn´t that often in the past. I would always go with the flow and let others dictate everything. Also in the past month a found two YouTube channels I love: First one is https://www.youtube.com/user/AlphaMconsulting I know there is a lot of people disliking this guy but I think some of his advice is actually pretty good and can help anyone to be more alpha. But the one I found absolutely amazing is this dude: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0it1cu-mt_IcvLTQ4CWcHw His views and knowledge about the game with women is just crazy. Take a look and tell me what you think. That´s it for today RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 11-23-2018 Day 5, basically woke up very nervous and angry... or should I say I was very tired from whole night listening.. needed a good hour and a half to get myself together.. had no motivation to start the day, so I went and grabed a coffee with a friend.. After that I felt better but I am very sleepy this whole day .. again as always in stage 1 I ran into my other ex girlfriend.. not much she just passed me by, we said hi and thats it.. its funny this thing always happens in stage 1.. I always meet ex girlfriends or they start texting me.. anyway.. I think everything is starting to work and I am changing inside.. RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - lano1106 - 11-23-2018 Welcome aboard the AM6 club! I will be following your journal... as I am currently running AM6 too (currently in mid-stage 4) and it is always nice to compare experiences others have with your own... Just curious about 1 thing for now... Which track are you using? I do use the ultrasonic one. It is basically running nonstop in my bedroom so that way, I am guaranteed to have enough daily exposure... but sometimes, because of the silent nature of the track, when I'm trying observe behavioral changes and I find them hard to spot, I wonder if my setup render the ultrasonic correctly or not... Could just be the naturalizer at work making the changes feel so natural that you don't notice them. During my run, it was typical of me not to notice new behavioral patterns and habits until 2-7 days after I had already begun to manifest them. RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 12-02-2018 Here I am at day 14. Been quiet the last week as there were no noticable changes but last few days have brought real results. First of all, I gave up penile exercises because I was reading couple of things on no fap and I think these exercises should wait until as long as I am on no fap journey. But reading more on this stuff made me think about semen retention a lot. Like Nikola Tesla said this is the biggest force a man has and a vital force. It makes all the sense. After 14 days my energy is already higher and I am more confident. Its a combination of subliminals and semen retention at work. In other news... my workouts are showing better results and I am much less fatigued. Also I added one huge addition to my challenge and that is cold showers. Cold showers gave me a huge boost of energy and will definitely be a paer of my routine going forward. To sum it up, semen retention and these subliminal work wonders in all areas of my life already. The decrease in my interest in women is amazing and I am very happy about that. I feel like my time is precious and I am on an amazing journey of bettering myself. There is no women right now that would be worth busting a nut for. Believe me guys, its a thing worth trying and I would advise everyone to take 6 months to focus 100% on himself! Because in the end this is the most important thing in your life ans YOU are the most important person and never someone else! Talk soon RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 12-20-2018 Here I am 32 days in, finishing stage 1! This has been different run from previous two. Largely thanks to not masturbating for what is now 32 days! I feel like all the No Fap talk thats been going on in thw last few years might actually hold some truth. Now what is the difference with this run of alpha male and previous two? - No mood swings - And I mean none! In the previous runs I had days when I would be totally depressed. I would have 3-4 days in a row where I was angry at everyone. This time I am actually less agressive and more laid back in my aproach when something irritates me. Actually nothing irritates me at all. - Respect - People are respectful towards me. Everyone. My parents, my brother, my friends. It's like they see something special in me and when I talke they listen. And they actually take my opinion and listen to it. It's like I am a leader. Something I haven't felt before. I think that is a great mix of subliminals and no fap doing work here. - Women attraction - I did not meet any new women and I am not dating anyone. Also being on no fap I don't really want to and I don't care much about women. But all I can say is that on those few occassions I went out to party I felt like the hottest dude in the place. And the response from people was supporting that. Ex fuckfriend who barely talked to me before, acted completely different this time when we met in the club. It was whole night of her folllowing me and trying to keep the conversation going and doing whatever I pleased. It was crazy. Had a few more similar situations. Women can definitely sense it, when we retain semen. They can quickly separate a porn addict from someone who retains his vital energy. I am in no way healed but 32 days already made me so confident and boosted my aura so much that I am excited for the next few months even more. Women are not objects for me anymore and images on the screen but real people. So... what is the biggest takeaway for this first month. This does work. And it works wonders. At least for someone who was addicted to porn and was going thru mood swings and so on. I feel like I haven't felt for years. Maybe never at all. I am excited about new thing, possibilities, something I didnt care about for a long time. To wrap it up, I made a giant step to break out of that comfort zone I was in for years. Which lead to depression, PIED and really bad relationships with people. Talk soon ! I am controlling myself in order to not start it before at least 21 days after i stopped USLM3(which was the first sub to give me this feeling. I start January 1st! RE: Ultimate 6 month challenge - AM6 Journal - agent2306 - 12-21-2018 Man if there is one thing I really advise to you is to combine it with no masturbation and try to eat healthy and avoid alcohol. Results get mulitplied by 100×. Many people might say it is not needed but believe me it will help.. no fap on its own will bring your confidence thru the roof. Anyways, wish you all the best on your journey. If you need any advice let me know and I will try to help |
