@Fluffy Moreover there have been times where I was running E2. I was experimenting with it. from 1 loop to 4 loops and I realised the more loops I do, the worse I felt. but I kept going and gradually started to feel better and better. I was running USLM 1 loop a day and not till after a week I noticed results. everyone is different. Could be Subconscious resistance.
