Ive been running 7 loops overnight masked at 40% volume on vlc through my computer speakers.
So i havent had the ups and downs still like others report that is a good and bad thing because if i was seeing the ups and downs will be able to say dmsi is affecting me more, but then its also good since not dealing with those issues either.
My biggest issues is approaching people i dont like to bother people or ask for numbers or facebook or anything like that which makes meeting people and making friends to stay in touch with a lot harder.
Last couple days though i have been able to talk to a couple ladies at the gym these are ladies i have spoken to previously but last 2 days had decent 10 minute chats with them, sort of captive audience since on a treadmill but they could of easily put headphones in and went back to their music if wanted to.
I did see a woman i want to speak with and was going to speak to her before she moved away to another exercise so didnt end up speaking to her but the positive thought of about to was there so thats a good thing.
I dont feel drained after 7 loops, i do stay in bed but getting into winter and well a warm bed is hard to leave in winter.
I am going to try something out of my comfort zone tomorow by going to a ladies day raceday, i do know a couple that are going but i might run into them might not im not actually going with them going by myself which i normally would just say dont go out if going by myself since not much fun, but im going to attempt to talk to others while out after positive chats with a couple ladies last couple days and it will be a very packed place.
At the gym externally no looks or anything from many attractive ladies around including the one i see most days i was almost about to talk with, the 2 i did speak with i have spoken to before and they are very happy smiley friendly ladies that like to chat so i wont take that as anything more than them being nice but i will agree that i am being more relaxed in making conversation. Tomorow will be a big test if i go to a raceday and not say anything to anyone all day or i make conversation with people so will see how that goes.
