Yesterday was my day break from 3.2a had completed 3 cycles of track b 3 cycles of track a by yesterday, i went out to a street full of bars with a couple other guys.
Attractive women all around but had no confidence to approach women which is always an issue for me if ive spoken to someone once i can do it all the time but that first time i convince myself im bothering them if in a gym or somewhere else and bars its not easy to hear anyone talking.
Unfortunately also got no interest from any women no looks or anything.
I realise maybe we need to do most of the work and start the interaction but the reason for this sub is to atleast get the attention of the women to make that part easier.
I do feel more confident around people i already know and posture is better from improving fitness.
Just no attraction from women yet and last night if i was going to see something would of been the best opportunity.
Onto 4th cycle of 3.2a today doing 2 loops this week hybrid.
I have no dreams no mood swings no aura no conflicting things in my head apart from approaching women which has always been my trouble, hoping this sub would help with that but so far 44 days and 21 days of 3.2a and b hasnt happened.
Just have to keep seeing if things change soon.
