The funny thing about losing motivation for gyming Raykon is this: Me avoiding the gym was necessary for the breakthrough.
The places and spaces we habitually visit actually keeps us locked in our current state. Breaking away from the gym environment was actually necessary for the breakthrough. The frames that I had about myself and about the world around me where only perpetuated by my gyming habit and these actively kept that block in place.
